What is CleverSpec?
CleverSpec is a cloud-based application that simplifies the creation of emergency lighting specifications and product schedules. All product documentation, images and technical files are collated into a central location that can be shared with clients and colleagues.
We want to make emergency lighting easy which is why we created CleverSpec. Designed to assist specifiers when building emergency lighting specifications or product schedules, the CleverSpec portal is helps to take the hassle out of preparing schedules and sourcing files. Additionally, once a project has been created it can be easily shared with colleagues or duplicated to create alternate versions for future projects.

Ready to try it out?
Create a personalised account and login so you can start a project by adding a name and any notes about the project.
Now begin adding products to the spec. You can search by part number or by fitting type and then refine the search using the attributes filter to find your required product.
For each fitting, the product code, description and the image are populated the luminaire schedule. You can now add the relevant quantities, type numbers, symbols and locations for each fitting. Reordering the schedule is a simple drag-and-drop feature. Any custom fittings can be added easily by clicking the add custom product button.
Once the schedule is completed, you now have the option to also add any spec files, drawings or other project documents.
Save your project and now you are ready to share the schedule including links to product technical data. Download a CSV file to copy your data into your own templates or documents.
All saved projects can be used as templates to duplicate and edit for similar projects
